Triptych Figures

We've quite the hodge podge of backgrounds and personalities, but we believe like triptych art we were meant to be viewed together, whether in dance or collaboration. We are excited to combine our experience and training to put out new works. Whether on our own, or with local artists we hope to constantly Create, Collab, Act

Brooklyn Draper received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a minor in Anthropology. She also received a Post-Graduate degree from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance in London, UK. She has had the honor to perform both in China and the UK and to work with professionals such as Jiamin Huang, Bebe Miller, The Martha Graham Dance Company, Sonia Rafferty, Hagit Yakira, and Gary Lambert. Along with Co.Da Sugar Space For the Arts she is also currently dancing with Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company. Brooklyn’s choreographic work has been shown through WCDC, Mudson, Artists’ Interrupted, at Beijing Dance Academy and at Bonnie Bird Theater in London, UK.

Monica Remes moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in the Summer of 2013 from a small town named Cary, Illinois. Monica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor degree in Cinema Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she worked with esteemed artists such as Trisha Brown, Carl Flink, Miguel Gutierrez, Sahar Azimi, Mark Morris, Aszure Barton, and Darrell Jones. Immediately upon graduating in December 2012 Monica spent a semester on Adjunct Faculty at the University teaching Modern, Hip Hop, and Tap, as well as being the Assistant Choreographer for the Illinois Department of Theatre. Along with being interested in performance and choreography for the stage, Monica is interested in dance for the camera and plans to participate in the Screendance Certificate Program at the University of Utah beginning in the Fall of 2014. 

Born in Adak, Alaska and raised around the world, Joshua Yago Mora dreams of traveling the world for dance. Josh has had the pleasure of working with greats in the dance world such as Bebe Miller, John Corsa, Martha Graham Company, Orin, Susan Lloyd and Jiamin Huang. His work has been seen at Brigham Young University, Scotland, the Kinuko Modern Dance concert “Extreme,” with collaborative works seen through Utah county, daCi Texas and Taiwan. Highly influenced by the children he is privileged to teach, he finds joy in curiosity and wonder. In whatever medium, he hopes that everyone gets the chance to express and truly see themselves.
